Fieldbus fault protection delay time - FBM wait for communication length from CP before entering a communication fault

  For redundant modules, the fail safe backup data and mask options are configurable. An additional option is provided so that module data will fall back to zero (0) when the module is offline due to maintenance functions, thus not interfering with the remaining modules that are still online. FBM240 requires firmware version 1.40N or higher to support this feature. For a single module, the fail safe fallback data and mask options are configurable. The standard design of this module features a sturdy extruded aluminum casing that can be applied to circuits. The housing designed specifically for installing FBM provides various levels of G3 harsh environments that comply with ISA standard S71.04. The redundancy of high availability module pairs, coupled with high fault coverage, provides a very high subsystem availability time. This module perbbbbs the signal conversion required for interface electrical bbbbb signals from field sensors to optional redundant field buses.
