   超高分子量聚乙烯（UHMW-PE英文全称是ultra-high molecular weight polyethylene pipe）是由乙烯、丁二烯单体在催化剂的作用下，聚合而成的平均分子量大于200万的热塑性工程塑料。该材料综合性能可长期在-269至+80℃条件下工作，被称为"令人惊异"的工程塑料。

  超高分子量聚乙烯工程塑料(UHMW---PE)管道技术在我国日渐成熟，越来越多的工程采用了这种新型热塑性工程塑料。超高分子量聚乙烯管材在2001年被科学技术部国科计字（2000）056号文件列为国家科技成果重点推广计划，属化工类新材料、新产品。

  聚乙烯焊接水箱产品特点：

（1）高耐磨性：在诸多管道材料中，超高分子量聚乙烯的摩擦系数较小，加之超高分子量聚乙烯管道的分子链特别长，使香超高分子量聚乙烯管道的耐磨性在输送各种浆体时比钢管、不锈钢高4—7倍，是PE100的3倍，比普通聚乙烯管道高10倍左右，大幅度提高了管道的使用寿命。

（2）超强的抗拉强度：超高分子量聚乙烯管道的抗拉强度是PE80管道的2.5倍，同时它的抗环境应力开裂能力是PE100的30倍以上。

（3）高流动性：超高分子量聚乙烯管道具有自润滑、抗粘附、不结垢，磨擦系数低及不粘着性，因此流动阻力小，可长期保持流速和流量不减。

（4）高抗冲击性：超高分子量聚乙烯管道的抗冲击性和吸收冲击能居塑料之首，无论是外力强冲击还是内部压力波动都难以使其开裂，其冲击强度为尼龙的10倍，聚氯乙烯的20倍，普通聚乙烯的4倍。特别是在低温的环境，其抗冲击强度反而达到更高值。

（5）抗腐蚀性：超高分子量聚乙烯管道是一种饱和分子团结构，故其化学稳定性极高，在一定温度和浓度范围内能耐各种腐蚀性介质（酸、碱、盐）及有机溶剂的侵蚀。

（6）超高分子量聚乙烯管道具有优良的耐低温性，在液氦温度（-269℃）下仍具延展性；

（7）卫生、无毒，可接触食品和药物。

  Ultra high molecular weight polyethylene (UHMW-PE) is a thermoplastic engineering plastic with an average molecular weight of more than 2 million, which is polymerized by ethylene and butadiene monomers under the bbbbbb of catalyst.   Ultra high molecular weight polyethylene engineering plastics (UHMW-PE) pipeline technology is becoming more and more mature in China. More and more projects have adopted this new thermoplastic engineering plastics. UHMWPE pipe was listed as the key promotion plan of national scientific and technological achievements by the Ministry of science and technology in 2001. It is a new chemical material and product.

Polyethylene welded water tank} product features:
(1) High wear resistance: among many pipeline materials, the friction coefficient of UHMWPE is small, and the molecular chain of UHMWPE pipeline is particularly long, which makes the wear resistance of xianguhmwpe pipeline 4-7 times higher than that of steel pipe and stainless steel, 3 times that of PE100 and about 10 times higher than that of ordinary polyethylene pipeline, greatly improving the service life of the pipeline.
(2) Super tensile strength: the tensile strength of UHMWPE pipe is 2.5 times that of PE80 pipe, and its resistance to environmental stress cracking is more than 30 times that of PE100.
(3) High fluidity: UHMWPE pipeline has self lubrication, anti adhesion, no scaling, low friction coefficient and non adhesion, so the flow resistance is small and the flow rate and flow can be maintained for a long time.
(4) High impact resistance: the impact resistance and absorbed impact energy of UHMWPE pipeline rank first among plastics. It is difficult to crack whether it is impacted by strong external force or internal pressure fluctuation. Its impact strength is 10 times that of nylon, 20 times that of PVC and 4 times that of ordinary polyethylene. Especially in the low temperature environment, its impact strength reaches a higher value.
(5) Corrosion resistance: UHMWPE pipeline is a saturated molecular group structure, so its chemical stability is very high. It can resist the corrosion of various corrosive media (acid, alkali, salt) and organic solvents within a certain temperature and concentration range.
(6) UHMWPE pipe has excellent low temperature resistance and ductility at liquid helium temperature (- 269 ℃);
(7) It is hygienic and non-toxic, and can contact food and drugs.
